Oehme Graphics is currently accepting applications for 2024 Internships.
Interns at the studio will be provided with housing and meals in exchange for working alongside master printer Sue Oehme at the studio for a minimum of 35 hours per week. Duties may include some of the following: plate preparation, proofing, editioning, print curation, digital archiving, website maintenance, and meal preparation based on each intern’s skills as evaluated by the director. Internships are available year-round.
Applicants should submit the following materials via email:
– Cover letter describing your qualifications to be an intern with Oehme Graphics
– Resume
– 10 jpeg images of art work (with an emphasis on printmaking)
– 2 letters of recommendation from professors or professionals in the printmaking field (i.e. artists or gallery owners)
– Preferred start and end dates (internships usually range from 1-3 months)
