JANINE WONG
I am an artist, book artist, designer and registered architect. I received my Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and MFA from Yale School of Art. I teach design, typography and book arts at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where I research hybrid print processes which combine both traditional techniques and digital technologies. I employ the results of this research in my own artist books, which explore a wide range of book structures. I also teach the history and application of color in design with special attention paid to traditional pedagogies and their current relevance to color use on the web.
