DIANE CIONNI

Diane Cionni is a Colorado based painter who works across the mediums of drawing, printmaking, and installation. She has been a resident artist at the Anderson Arts Ranch in Snowmass, Colorado, and at the Vermont Studio Center in Johnston, Vermont.  In 2007, Cionni was invited to be a visiting artist in Calcutta, India where she developed a community-based painting project at Calcutta Ministries Hospital. She studied in the BFA program at Antioch College and attended graduate studies at Maryland Institute College of Art for two years, later earning her Masters of Fine Arts degree from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Her work is in public and corporate collections, has been commissioned by Crate and Barrel, and was recently licensed for use on the set of Netflix’s television series, House of Cards.  Cionni co-publishes editions of her monoprints and etchings with Master Printer Sue Oehme at Oehme Graphics in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
